DirectorsLabChicago was founded in 2005 by stage directors Elizabeth Margolius and Karin Shook as a result of their experience at the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab in New York.

2018 – Directors Lab West

Directors Lab West brings together dedicated emerging and mid-career theatre directors and choreographers with master artists for an eight-day long intensive, enabling them to inspire each other to dream and create the future of American Theatre.
